Homebirth

maternity care

  • Visits in our office until 36 weeks
  • 36 week home visit
  • Birth Kits available
  • Flexible schedule to accomodate the whole family
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Breastfeeding and Childbirth Education
  • Optional testing available such as: ultrasound referrals, STD screening, diabetic screening, GBS testing
  • Maternal assessment including lab work, blood pressure, fundal height, and dipstick urinalysis

Postpartum care

  • Immediate PP care
  • Maternal/infant exams
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Newborn Screening exam/blood work if requested
  • Visit at 1 day, 3 day, 1 week, and further as needed
  • Jaundice checks (blood work and lights available as needed)
