Central PA Birth & Breastfeeding Services

Barbara Cavanaugh RN, BSN, IBCLC, RLC, Homebirth Midwife.               The mother of five, Barb keeps herself busy with working as lactation consultant and homebirth midwife.  She also teaches at the local community college and homeschools one of her children.  She will take the CPM exam this spring.

Crystal Pope CPM.                             Crystal is a Certified Professional Midwife.  She began attending births in 2001 and has since attended over 200 births in homes, hospitals, and birth centers.  She recently moved from Michigan to join our group.

Rowan Cerelli RN.                                Rowan has been married for 20 years and is the mother of five, the youngest two being born at home with a CPM in attendance.  Rown has been a LLL Leader for five years and has been interested/involved in natural parenting and midwifery since pregnant with the 18 year old.  Rowan is currently midwife assistant/apprentice.

Christine Bish Breastpump Representative                                            Christine is the mother of three, who have all been breastfed.  She has been an LL leader for 8 years and also works as a certified doula.

Megan Myers                              Megan is a junior apprentice of Barb; also known as "Mom".  She looks forward to graduating high shcool in June of 2008 and following in her mother's footsteps.  She is also training to be a doula.
